Sugar is also high in calories and causes fat to accumulate in your liver. So stay away from sugary foods and beverages such as soda, energy drinks, and packaged juices. These can also increase insulin resistance, which can worsen the condition of fatty liver.

saturated and trans fats

Saturated fats and trans fats found in red meat, baked products, and fried foods can increase fat accumulation in the liver.

processed foods

Processed and packaged foods contain high amounts of sodium, sugar, and unhealthy fats, which can aggravate the problem of fatty liver.

fine flour

Refined flour is also not good for your liver and digestive health. Avoid white bread, pasta and other products made from refined flour as they have a high glycemic index, which quickly increases blood sugar levels and insulin resistance.
