New Delhi: The Election Commission on Saturday presented the final figures for the last five phases of elections. The figures of how many people voted in which Lok Sabha constituency in the last five phases of elections have been released. During this, the Election Commission said that some misleading things have been spread about the vote percentage. The Election Commission issued a press release saying that no change in the vote polling percentage is possible in any way. The Supreme Court had refused to give directions on the application of petitioner ADR in which it was said that the final voting figures in the elections should be made public and polling station-wise figures should be given. A day after the Supreme Court's order on Friday, the Election Commission on Saturday released the Lok Sabha constituency-wise figures for the last five phases of elections. The Commission said, we have decided that the voting percentage figures will be made public more widely. All the candidates' agents are being given polling station-wise Form 17C. There are a total of 10.5 lakh polling stations across the country. The voting number recorded in Form 17C cannot be changed under any circumstances. This data is with the candidate. The candidate and his agent are allowed to carry this Form 17C to the counting centre.

'Pattern of spreading misinformation'
The Election Commission said, it has become a pattern to always spread misleading information about the electoral process. There is no possibility of any change in the number of votes cast. The Election Commission said that the Supreme Court has given an order in this matter. After that the Commission is feeling strong and its responsibility in the democratic electoral process increases even more.
