Sesame oil is so beneficial that its regular use reduces hair loss, damage and breakage. Also, the fatty acids present in it like Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega-9 work to create moisture in the hair, making the hair look healthy and shiny.

There are some things related to hair care that everyone should know. For example, we should avoid washing hair daily, because it weakens the elasticity of hair and increases hair breakage. So wash hair 2 times a week and if there is itching in the head, wash hair 3 times. Do not apply oil daily, rather apply oil to the hair after skipping a day or two.
