Will not be able to score big in T20 World Cup, GT batsman predicted

Favorable conditions and the much talked about 'Impact Player' rule have helped the batsmen to dominate the ongoing IPL. Teams like Sunrisers Hyderabad scored more than 260 on three occasions. But Miller feels that this will not happen in the T20 World Cup to be held in America and West Indies from June 2.

Miller said before the match against Delhi Capitals, “It will be difficult to say whether there will be high-scoring matches in the World Cup or not because the circumstances will be very different. Caribbean wickets can be slower than Indian wickets. It's about assessing the conditions of that day and playing accordingly.

“We are not worried about it (crossing the 200-run mark),” he said. We have played against Sunrisers and defeated them. I think it is different conditions for different grounds. We have won four out of eight matches, so we are in the competition. We don't want to get caught up in what other teams are doing. We will play according to our strengths.
