Where was Swati Maliwal 'missing' during Arvind Kejriwal's arrest? I answered this myself

New Delhi : There was a lot of discussion about the absence of two Aam Aadmi Party leaders during the arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his imprisonment in the alleged liquor scam case of Delhi. Both the leaders were abroad. Both are Rajya Sabha MPs. One Swati Maliwal and the other Raghav Chadha. Their absence gave rise to all kinds of speculations. Later, Arvind Kejriwal came out of jail after getting interim bail from the Supreme Court and when Swati Maliwal went to meet him at his residence, his PA Bibhav Kumar allegedly assaulted the woman MP. Now Kumar is in jail in that case. Swati Maliwal is an attacker against her own party. On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party leaders are also aggressive against Maliwal, whom they never tire of calling 'Lady Singham'. Now the Rajya Sabha MP has given the reason for her absence at the time of Kejriwal's arrest. Maliwal said that in March she had gone to America for a seminar at Harvard University. Apart from this, there were many meeting programs with AAP volunteers. But during that time her sister got infected with Corona, due to which she had to stay there for a long time. She has also claimed that Chadha was treated differently. Speaking to India Today, Maliwal said, 'I went to the US to attend a conference at Harvard and participated in several meet and greet programmes organised by AAP volunteers. She further said that her sister also lives there who was infected with Corona, due to which she had to stay there for a long time. Maliwal said, 'All my luggage was at her (sister's) house. Then I also had to go into quarantine.

Swati Maliwal was allegedly attacked at Arvind Kejriwal's residence on May 13. According to her complaint to the police, Arvind Kejriwal was at his residence when she was attacked.
