Akanksha Dixit/Delhi: In today's era, everyone dreams of doing something that can give them great recognition. There are many types of business ideas available in the market today, but most of the people start businesses like them by watching successful people. In such a situation, it becomes very difficult to create one's own identity and achieve success. Just as a tree needs fertilizer and water to bear fruit, similarly money and unique ideas are needed to take a business forward.

One such woman is from Bulandshahr, who came to Delhi and started a business with just Rs 500. Her business became so successful that today she is earning crores of rupees. Actually, the woman we are talking about was born in Bulandshahr, but currently she lives in Najafgarh, Delhi. Whose name is Krishna Yadav, Krishna and her husband Govardhan Singh Yadav are residents of Bulandshahr and they had a vehicle business there, which came to a standstill and they were left without a roof over their heads and started getting taunts from debtors.

Reached Delhi with a loan of Rs 500

Then, fed up with all this, Krishna borrowed Rs 500 and came to Delhi with her family. After this, he started selling pickles with a few boxes by setting up a table on the roadside. She used to make pickles in a small room and her husband used to set up a stall on the roadside and make the passers-by taste the pickles. If someone liked the taste, he would buy it and take it away. Sometimes there was no sale for half a day.

Krishna Yadav told that he started the work in a small room with only 2 people. Today 80 women are working in their four units. At the same time, about 7000 women of the village are working indirectly. From which she is also benefiting.

Grows vegetables by giving seeds to farmers
Krishna Yadav said that he grows vegetables himself by giving high quality seeds to the farmers. The same vegetables are used to make pickles. The produce which is not available from the farmers is bought from the market.

A TV show changed fate

Krishna wandered around Delhi a lot in search of work, but could not find work anywhere. Then she took land on lease and started growing vegetables and selling them in the market. However, even from this he was not getting much benefit. One day, while watching 'Krishi Darshan' program on Doordarshan, she came to know about training in pickle making and she decided that she would also take training in making pickles, after which she took training for 3 months.

Krishna Yadav has received many awards so far

Krishna Yadav was selected for the Nari Shakti Samman 2015 given by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India on 8 March 2016. In 2014, the Haryana government honored Krishna Yadav with the state's first Champion Farmer Woman Award for her innovative idea. Earlier, at the Vibrant Gujarat Conference in September 2013, the then Chief Minister Narendra Modi had given him a check of Rs 51,000 as a Kisan Samman. In 2010, President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil also called Krishna Yadav in a program and heard his success story.
