She never wanted to work in films or had any plans. But her father used to take her to watch all the films released every Friday. So maybe this is where she got bitten by the acting bug.

Sunita Rajwar's journey from school to NSD

Sunita Rajwar told that she used to dance in school but she also wanted to do drama. But there was nothing other than Ramlila in her town. So she used to dance in Ravan Darbar. After this she went to Nainital. There she got a role in the play of NSD passout Nirmal Pandey, who was preparing for his fellowship play. She was young in age, so she got the smallest role too. She worked very diligently in it, after which Nirmal Pandey said that she should do NSD. He was the one who prepared the actress for NSD. She completed three years there but her life changed completely in those years.

Sunita Rajwar got work in Mumbai

Sunita Rajwar told that after this she went to Mumbai. She had 30 thousand rupees. She stayed in a PG there. And she started getting work through friends. She got her first job when her friend had to hang from a harness in a show, but she had back pain and she suggested Sunita's name. And the actress got that job. In this way she kept getting work.

She did comedy as well as negative roles. The actress told that she got so many roles of a maid that she started feeling that just like Nirupa Roy is a mother, Sunita Rajwar will also be known as a maid. She was bored with this role. But after half her life, when she got 'Gullak', it felt after seeing her previous work.

While doing TV serials, Sunita Rajwar got her first film '1:40 Ki Last Local'. Then she got films like 'Stree', 'Bala', 'Kedarnath'. But her life changed with 'Gullak', for which she gave many auditions. She went to many workshops. After which she was selected. After working for a long time with TVF, she got 'Panchayat'. In this, she auditioned for the role of Neena Gupta. But the makers added a special character to bring her, whose name was Kranti Devi.
