New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took oath along with 71 ministers on Sunday. A total of 30 cabinet ministers, five ministers of state with independent charge and 36 ministers of state were made in Namo's cabinet. The departments of these ministers will be known in the coming days. Ministers from more than 20 states have been given place in the cabinet. There are about 21 upper caste, 27 OBC, 10 Dalit, 5 tribal and 5 minority caste MPs in the 71-member team. But another specialty was seen in this cabinet. Shivraj Singh Chauhan

Shivraj Singh Chauhan has been the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh four times. For the first time, Shivraj Singh Chauhan took oath as Chief Minister on 29 November 2005. For the second time, Shivraj Singh Chauhan became CM on 12 December 2008. For the third time, Shivraj Singh Chauhan became Chief Minister on 8 December 2013 and for the fourth time, Shivraj Singh Chauhan became Chief Minister on 23 March 2020. This time, after becoming an MP, he joined Namo's cabinet.

Manohar Lal Khattar

Manohar Lal Khattar, who joined PM Narendra Modi's cabinet, has also been the Chief Minister of Haryana. He has been the CM of Haryana from 26 October 2014 to 12 March 2024.

H.D. Kumaraswamy

Jitan Ram Manjhi

Jitan Ram Manjhi, who joined PM Narendra Modi's cabinet, was also the Chief Minister of Bihar. He took oath as CM on 20 May 2014 and resigned from the post of CM on 22 February 2015.

Talking about his political career, he contested the first election from Fatehpur assembly seat of Gaya on a Congress ticket in 1980 and became an MLA. After winning the election for the first time in the eighties, he also became a minister in the Bihar government led by Chandrashekhar Singh. In his political career of 44 years, Jitan Ram Manjhi has been in parties like Janata Dal, Rashtriya Janata Dal and JDU. In 2015, he broke away from JDU and formed his own political party Hindustani Awam Morcha and today he is a member of the Namo cabinet.
