Study of BNSS, BNS and BSA Law in Universities: The universities of the city are updating the curriculum to teach according to the new law. Some have also updated the curriculum. In the new session, studies will be done according to the Indian Justice Code (BNS) 2023, Indian Civil Defense Code (BNSS) 2023 and Indian Evidence Act (BSA) 2023. At the same time, workshops will be organized for the students who have studied IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act. If needed, separate classes will also be held for the students. Apart from this, teachers have also started updating themselves according to the new law.

BOS meeting is on 10th July at LU:

LU's Law Faculty Dean Prof. BD Singh said that preparations for teaching according to the new laws BNS, BNSS and BSA had started long ago. In the first phase, workshops were organized for teachers. They were given training on the new law. After this, the curriculum started getting updated. Almost the curriculum has been updated.

There is a meeting of the Board of Studies (BOS) on 10th July. The new syllabus will be placed in the meeting. After getting passed from there, the new syllabus will be placed in the Board of Faculty for approval. It will be passed by the Academic Council and Executive Council. Prof. Anand Vishwakarma of Law Faculty said that the study of the new law will be started from this session itself.

The students taking new admission will study the new law. He said that the students who are currently studying have already studied IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act. Separate workshops have been started for them. Workshops will be organised in future as well. Whatever changes LU makes in the syllabus, the affiliated colleges will have to follow it.

Bhasha University is preparing

Prof. Masood Alam, Dean of the Faculty of Legal Studies of Bhasha University, said that teachers of BNS, BNSS and BSA are being trained. The syllabus is also being updated. A meeting of the Board of Studies will be held soon.

The new syllabus will be passed in the meeting. He said that from this session, new students will be taught BNS, BNSS and BSA. Lectures by experts will be organised for students who have studied IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act.

Rehabilitation University has already passed the B.O.S. exam

Prof. Shaifali Yadav of the Faculty of Law of Dr. Shakuntala Mishra National Rehabilitation University said that preparations for BNS, BNSS and BSA have been started. Workshops have been organized for teachers. They have been updated for the new law. She said that the syllabus has also been updated.

The new syllabus has also been passed by the Board of Studies. Students have already been taught IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act and comparative study of BNS, BNSS, BSA. Apart from this, new students will be taught the new syllabus.

BBAU had earlier also passed the new syllabus:

Prof. Sudarshan Verma of the Law Department at BBAU said that it was already clear that studies have to be conducted according to the new laws of BNS, BNSS and BSA. Therefore, teachers were updated for workshops according to the new law. After this, the teachers prepared the syllabus. The new syllabus was passed by the Board of Undergraduate Studies (BUS) a month ago.

He said that new students will be taught a new syllabus from this session itself. He said that separate classes will be held for students who have studied IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act. Apart from this, lectures will also be given by senior lawyers and other legal experts.

Complete preparation for Law University

Vice Chancellor of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Prof. Amar Pal Singh said that the syllabus has already been updated as per BNS, BNSS and BSA. Experts were called for the training of teachers in May. During that time, teachers were updated through presentation. The Vice Chancellor said that the new syllabus was placed in the Academic Council held on 22 June.

It has been passed by the Academic Council. New students will be taught BNS, BNSSS and BSA. Criminal Law teacher Dr. Prem Kumar Gautam said that along with IPC, CrPC and Evidence Act, students are also being taught comparative study of BNS, BNSSS and BSA. A separate workshop will also be organized for the students.
