Seeing the speed and accurate yorker of this fast bowler of India, former captain of Rajasthan Royals Shane Warne named him 'Tornado' in 2009. 'Tornado' is the name of a storm. Left-arm fast bowler Kamran played 9 matches in IPL and took a total of 9 wickets. For some time, he was living a life of anonymity. Kamran Khan holds the record of bowling the first super over in the history of IPL.

33-year-old Kamran Khan wrote in his Instagram story, “Goodbye IPL. This is the game I love the most. This game has given me everything. I would like to thank all my coaches. Also the late Shane Warne sir… Apart from Rajasthan Royals, I thank Pune Warriors India, family and my friends.”
