Dinesh Karthik thanked his family, wife Deepika Pallikal, his coach and fans in his post on social media. He posted a red emoji on social media and wrote the caption, 'It's official.

Dinesh Karthik, who made his international debut in 2004, was part of the team that won the T20 World Cup in 2007. Recently, he has returned to Team India as a finisher. Karthik made his international debut before the legendary Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He played before Dhoni and even after his retirement.
