Generally, all Bollywood celebrities have their homes in Mumbai. So we think that everyone has an old connection with this city. But this is not so. South India is famous for its famous temple districts. Kadri Srimanjunatha Temple in Mangaluru is one of them. It is the oldest temple among the South Indian temples. Initially it was built by Vajrayan Buddhists, but after the decline of Buddhism it was converted into a Hindu temple. Then it came to be known as Jogimat. One of the main attractions of this temple is the idol of Tri Lokeshwar, which is more than 1000 years old. Ashtottara Sahasra Brahma Kalashabhishek and Mahadanda Rudrabhishek are performed here once every 12 years.

Built in 1568, this church is said to have been destroyed by Tipu Sultan in the 18th century, but it was rebuilt in the 19th century and renovated in the 20th century. Currently, the cross and dome of the church are visible from miles away.

Apart from the Manasa Amusement and Water Park, things like a children's park, walking and jogging tracks make it a great picnic spot. Ideal picnic spot.
