Panambur Beach

Kadri Sree Manjunatha Temple
South India is famous for its famous temple districts. Kadri Srimanjunatha Temple in Mangaluru is one of them. It is the oldest temple among the South Indian temples. Initially it was built by Vajrayan Buddhists, but after the decline of Buddhism it was converted into a Hindu temple. Then it came to be known as Jogimat. One of the main attractions of this temple is the idol of Tri Lokeshwar, which is more than 1000 years old. Ashtottara Sahasra Brahma Kalashabhishek and Mahadanda Rudrabhishek are performed here once every 12 years.
Rosario Cathedral Church
One of the popular places to visit in Mangaluru is the Rosario Cathedral. It is the oldest Roman Catholic church in the Canara region. It is also known as the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary in Mangaluru. Located in Pandeshvar, Mangaluru, this cathedral is famous for its beautiful architecture and a wooden statue of Mother Mary. Built in 1568, this church is said to have been destroyed by Tipu Sultan in the 18th century, but it was rebuilt in the 19th century and renovated in the 20th century. Currently, the cross and dome of the church are visible from miles away.
Nature Sanctuary
Nisarg Dham is a good place to visit in Mangaluru. Its full name is Dr. Sivaram Karantha Pilikula Nisarg Dham. It is a kind of theme park, built with the aim of promoting eco-education and tourism. The biggest attraction here is the Pilikula Lake. Apart from this, there is also an arboretum and a golf club. Apart from the Manasa Amusement and Water Park, things like a children's park, walking and jogging tracks make it a great picnic spot. Ideal picnic spot.
Kadri Hill Park
Kadri Park is a place to visit in Mangaluru. It is the tallest and oldest park in Mangaluru. It also has a garden, zoo and nature park. Apart from spending time with your friends and family in the garden, you can also see wild animals in the zoo. According to people living nearby, there are some tanks in this park, whose water has medicinal properties. Skin diseases are cured by using this water. You can visit this park from 11 am to 7 pm.
