Ranveer Allahabadia had asked Ajay Devgan on his podcast – “Why did you decide to marry your wife Kajol?” Ajay replied- “I really don't know. I mean, we met, we became very good friends and we started seeing each other without proposing. Then, finally, it was agreed that we would get married.”

Ajay Devgan further says- 'Apart from this, perhaps one reason for our marriage is that our thoughts match to a great extent and whatever we say, our morals and things like that, they seem to match together. So it just went on in a flow and we got married.

Talking about the work front, Ajay Devgan is busy preparing for the release of his upcoming film 'Maidan'. This film has been in discussion for a long time. Earlier the film was to be released last year i.e. in 2023, but due to some reasons the release date of the film was postponed. The ground is named after football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, under whose leadership the Indian football team won the Asian Games in 1951 and 1962. Apart from this, recently released 'Shaitan' is also creating havoc at the box office. This film is being liked a lot among the audience.
