The right way to make tea

To make tea, first take water in a vessel.

Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger and basil leaves and boil it.

On the other hand, boil milk in a vessel.

After this, take both the vessels down and add boiled water to the boiled milk and mix it. Your tea is ready.

Keep in mind not to boil it again. By doing this, the nutritional value of the tea gets destroyed, due to which it causes more harm than benefit.

Finally, strain the tea with the help of a strainer and enjoy the tea.
