UP Police Notice: A notice regarding re-examination of Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment 2024 is going viral on social media. In which it is being claimed that the examination will be conducted by the Police Recruitment Board on 29th and 30th June. But the board has termed this notice as fake. The exam was held on 17th and 18th February

The written examination of UP Police was held on 17th and 18th February 2024. In which approximately 50 lakh students participated. But even before the examination, the paper had gone viral in many centres. After which the candidates demanded cancellation of the paper. Although, the recruitment board was not accepting the news of paper leak at first, but after the evidence given by the candidates, the recruitment board accepted the paper leak. After which the examination was cancelled.

The recruitment board had said this in the notice

In the notice, it was said by the Recruitment Board that re-examination for police recruitment will be conducted after six months i.e. in June-July. UP Police had also arrested many candidates in the police recruitment paper leak case. However, the exam date has not been released yet by the board. It is believed that the board will soon issue notice for recruitment.

What will be the selection process?
Candidates will be selected for recruitment on the basis of written examination, physical test, medical test and verification of documents. If a candidate does not qualify the written examination he/she will not be allowed to appear for the further stage recruitment examination.
