Supreme Court sought reply on the petition
A bench of Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra said that they cannot withhold the results of the All India Examination. However, the bench has issued a notice to the Central Government and also sought its response on the petition. The court said, “Now we will hear the case after the summer vacations.” But we cannot withhold the results of the All India Examination.
Vanshika Yadav had filed a petition
Vanshika Yadav has filed a petition in the case through lawyer Sunny Kadian. It has been said in the petition that there were reports of paper leak during the NEET UG 2024 examination in Rajasthan. This claim has also been made in many dailies. The petition said that the solved answer to the question had already gone viral outside. Due to which misconceptions have arisen among the students.
“More cases of paper leak were observed in Patna, Bihar, where the state police have arrested several persons on credible information that they had received the question papers a day before the said examination,” the plea alleged.
