New Delhi: After the results of the Lok Sabha elections, the NDA meeting was held on Wednesday. After which the discussion has started on which party will have which ministry in the NDA government and who will become the minister from BJP. The allies of BJP have put forward their demands and everyone wants that at least one important ministry should be with them. TDP is demanding 5-6 cabinet ministers and one minister of state, while JDU also wants 3-4 ministerial posts.

Meeting is going on at JP Nadda's house

The swearing-in ceremony is to be held this weekend and before that, continuous meetings are being held to build a consensus on all these matters. A while ago, a meeting of senior BJP leaders has started. Senior party leaders including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, BL Santosh are meeting at the residence of party national president JP Nadda. The party has given the responsibility of talking to the allies to Nadda, Shah and Rajnath Singh. It is believed that first of all this team of BJP will decide the outline of the cabinet, which will include which ministry can be given to which party and then an attempt will be made to get the consent of all the allies on this possible list.

BJP did not get majority

When BJP came to power in 2014, it had a majority, although allies were also with it. Similarly, in 2019 also BJP had a huge majority on its own and BJP also made space for allies. But this time BJP is coming to power with allies and this time the NDA government will be completely different from the previous NDA government. The allies are trying to get the ministry of their choice, although it is believed that BJP will keep the four most important ministries that are part of CCS i.e. Cabinet Committee on Security, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Defense with itself.
