Vikram Misri was born on 7 April 1964 in Jammu and Kashmir. He did his early education from Scindia School and completed his graduation from Hindu College, Delhi. After this he also did MBA. However, after this Vikram Misri started preparing for the civil examination and passed the exam and became an IFS officer. Let us tell you that Vikram Misri is a 1989 batch IFS officer.
