New Delhi: Six phases of voting have been completed in the Lok Sabha elections. Voting for the seventh and last phase will be held on June 1. The election results will be out on June 4. Meanwhile, Home Minister Amit Shah, while claiming the victory of BJP, told what will happen after the results of the Lok Sabha elections are out on June 4 and BJP's victory. He told what Congress will do after BJP's victory.
'Congress will blame EVMs for its defeat'In fact, while addressing an election rally in Kushinagar, UP, Amit Shah said, the victory of Modi, BJP and NDA is certain on June 4. He also predicted what Congress leaders will do after the results are declared, claiming that the Congress party will blame EVMs for the defeat. The Home Minister said, “The victory of Modi ji, BJP and NDA is certain on June 4. You will see that on the afternoon of June 4, Rahul Baba's people will hold a press conference and say that they have lost because of EVMs.”
'The blame for the defeat will be put on Kharge'Shah also claimed that the blame for the defeat will be put on Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge. The home minister said, “The blame for the defeat will also be put on Kharge sahab.” Shah said that Kharge will lose his post after the results of the Lok Sabha elections. Taking a dig at Congress' star campaigners Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi, Shah said that both of them will not be held responsible for the defeat.
'Akhilesh will not even get 4 seats on June 4'
The home minister also claimed that the NDA has crossed 310 seats in the first five phases of polling. Speaking at an election rally in Uttar Pradesh, he said, “I have details of the first five phases. PM Modi has crossed 310 seats in five phases of the Lok Sabha elections. Rahul will not be able to go beyond 40 and Akhilesh Yadav will lose on June 4. No seat will be left.”
Shah said, “Rahul will not be able to cross the 40 mark, Akhilesh will not even get 4 seats on June 4.” He also said that opposition parties will snatch the reservation of Dalits, backward and tribals and give it to Muslims but BJP will not let this happen. The last phase of the Lok Sabha elections is to be held on June 1. Voting took place on 58 seats in the sixth phase on Saturday and 63.36 percent voting took place. The election results will be declared on June 4.
