In an episode of his show 'The Big Picture', Ranveer had revealed one of the names from the list. While talking to a contestant named Shauryaveer, Ranveer Singh asked him if he could use his name when he has a baby. He said on the show, “I am shortlisting names. If you don't mind, can I take your name from you, Shauryaveer Singh?” However, since he is having a daughter and not a son, Ranveer will not be able to name her.

In 2022, during the promotion of his film 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar', Ranveer was asked whether he wants a son or a daughter. To this, Ranveer said that he does not care about the gender of the child. So the same logic applies here as well.'
