This is America's first victory against Bangladesh. Mumbai-born Harmeet Singh was adjudged player of the match for his explosive innings. America is also the co-host of the T20 World Cup. But Indian-origin Harmeet Singh and Corey Anderson, who has played for New Zealand, made America win by making a partnership of 62 runs. Corey Anderson remained unbeaten on 34 runs on 25 balls and Harmeet remained unbeaten on 33 runs on 13 balls.
