Apart from these states, Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Gujarat, Coastal Karnataka, Konkan and Goa and Andaman and Nicobar Islands may receive light to moderate rains with heavy rains at some places.
Heavy rain in Himachal, 115 roads closed
