New Delhi : In the Hathras case, self-proclaimed Baba Bhole Baba's lawyer AP Singh has made a shocking claim. Singh alleged on Sunday that eyewitnesses have told him that during the satsang in Hathras on July 2, some people in the crowd opened boxes filled with poisonous substance. This is why there was a stampede in the satsang. In Delhi too, Singh alleged that there was a conspiracy behind the stampede.

He claimed that this conspiracy was hatched due to the 'growing popularity' of Bhole Baba. 121 people, mostly women, died in a stampede after the 'satsang' of self-proclaimed Baba Surajpal alias Narayan Sakar Hari alias 'Bhole Baba' in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. After the incident, people have demanded action against Baba.
