New Delhi. Royal Challengers Bangalore's left-arm spin bowler Swapnil Singh has become a lucky charm for the team. Swapnil's team has reached the IPL playoffs where it will face Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 2 on Wednesday. Recalling his old days, Swapnil has said that one day he had made up his mind to quit cricket. He has also given the reason for this. This left-arm spinner said that he was very sad when his name did not come up for bidding in the initial round of the last IPL auction.

Swapnil Singh has the ability to contribute with left arm spin bowling as well as the bat. In his 18-year long domestic cricket career, he has represented the teams of Baroda and Uttarakhand. Before RCB in IPL, he was a part of Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) and Lucknow Supergiants. Swapnil told 'RCB Bold Diaries', 'On the day of IPL auction, I was going to Dharamshala for a match. When I reached there it was seven-eight o'clock in the evening. Till then nothing had happened and the last round of the auction was going on, I felt that things were over for me.

Special for many reasons! Protect those tissues. If you're not already a fan, you will eventually become one.❤
