Who's the brain behind Dunzo?
The story of launching Dunzo Delivery App is very interesting. Kabir Biswas is not the only founder of this app. Kabir Biswas first started Dunzo with Ankur Aggarwal, Dalveer Suri and Mukund Jha to make a difference in Startup Hopper. Actually, Kabir's first company Hopper was acquired by Hike.

The journey started from WhatsApp group
Initially Dunzo used to deliver groceries or other essential goods even before Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart. Before launching the app, customers used to post their orders on the company's WhatsApp group. Gradually the demand started increasing and more orders started coming in, so Dunzo app was created. Within a few years, the company expanded its delivery service to many cities. According to Times of India, the investment raised Dunzo's valuation to US$775 million (over Rs 6400 crore).

Company facing bad days
However, now Danzo's financial condition is becoming worse. Last year the company delayed paying salaries to its employees several times. At the same time, the company has registered a loss of Rs 1,800 crore in FY23, which was 288 percent more than the previous year. Not only this, the company's business was affected due to the departure of many top level officials including the company's co-founders.
