  2. Exhale and bend forward from the hips.
  3. Lower your hands toward the floor or your calves.
  4. This yoga pose stretches the hamstrings, calves, and spine; relieves stress and anxiety; improves digestion and blood circulation.

Downward Facing Dog

  1. Start on your hands and knees.
  2. Lift your hips toward the ceiling and straighten your body, creating an inverted V shape with your arms and legs.
  3. It stretches the spine. Stretches the shoulders, hamstrings and calves.
  4. Strengthens arms and legs.

Trikonasana

  2. Extend your arms parallel to the floor and bend to one side from the hips.
