Shashwat Singh/Jhansi: Board exam results are about to come. Students of 10th and 12th are eagerly waiting for the results. While on one hand students and their parents are excited about the results, on the other hand some students also remain worried while waiting for the results. In this process, students keep assessing their marks again and again. Children do not even sleep due to being in constant tension.

To know how to handle the stress of board results and keep yourself motivated, we spoke to mental health expert Dr. Sikafa Jafreen. He told that do not think only about exams and results. Always keep in mind that no examination is final. This is just a time in life that will pass. Keep in mind that whatever was to be in the paper has already been done. Do not check marks again and again.

Parents become support system
Dr. Sikafa said that instead of thinking about what has passed, it is better to plan for the future. Don't look at results as competition. He said that during the board results, parents should also keep in mind that they should not impose excessive stress on their children. If the child looks upset then keep motivating him. Parents should become the support system of children. Teach your children to cope.
