Safety Assistant Recruitment 2024: Number of posts and eligibility
Through this recruitment of Cochin Shipyard, 34 security assistants will be appointed. To apply for these posts, candidates should be 10th pass from any recognized institute. Along with this, it is also necessary to have a one-year diploma in security/fire fighting from any government recognized public sector undertaking. Apart from this, candidates should also have a minimum one year training experience in security of any public sector undertaking/factory/construction company/engineering company. 10th Pass Recruitment 2024: Age Limit
Talking about the age limit to apply in this recruitment, the maximum age of the candidates will not exceed 30 years on 11 June 2024. That is, the applicants should not be born on or after 12 June 1994. However, there will be a relaxation of 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates and 5 years for SC and ST category candidates. Ex-servicemen are eligible for these posts up to a maximum age of 45 years.
Cochin Shipyard Vacancy 2024: How will the selection be done
In this recruitment, candidates will be selected through practical exam and physical. Both will be evaluated out of a total of 100 marks. After which the rank list will be released. Talking about the application fee while filling the application form, candidates of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category can apply for free. Candidates of other categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200 by the last date.
