Review of 'Panchayat Season 3'

This third season of the 'Panchayat' web series is also as interesting and entertaining as the previous two seasons. It forces you to enjoy every taste, every spice with which you are eagerly watching it. Although there are shortcomings in the main plot of this third season, but the producer and director have compensated for it through many parallel events. So that your attention does not get diverted. The character of Jitendra Kumar i.e. Secretary is not at the center of the story of this season. Rather, the focus is on the other characters of the series Bhushan / Banaras, his wife Kranti Devi (Sunita Rajwar), Prahlad (Faisal Malik), Binod (Ashok Pathak), Chandrakant Singh, MLA. The atmosphere of the 'Panchayat' series is such that it has a different charm and you feel it in the third season as well. It flows like a cool breeze under a banyan tree in the hot afternoon and finally hints at the fourth season.

In this season, 'Panchayat' has been made an event based series. This is a double-edged sword in a way, because the viewers who want to see the original story of Secretary Abhishek Tripathi may be a little disappointed. But one advantage is that the new viewers of the series can easily connect with this season without much effort. In the third season, the producer-director has taken full care that the flavor of 'Panchayat' remains intact. It should have all the attractive elements, for example, the village atmosphere, village dialect, Desiness, everything.

Bhushan and Binod's scenes win your heart throughout the season. Their chemistry and Binod's straight forward speaking style is magical. Prahlad's character has received more attention. Other characters like Jagmohan and his mother are also in the spotlight this time. The rivalry between the residents of Phulera and the local MLA is now out in the open. The village scenes have been placed in the screenplay in a way that they look absolutely real and that is great.

Jitendra Kumar has given a wonderful performance as Abhishek Tripathi. But nothing new has been added to his character in this third season. This time the story is centered around Neena Gupta and Raghubir Yadav. Chandan Roy has once again looked great as Vikas. Faizal Malik's character as Prahlad has been expanded and he has impressed with his strong acting. This season will be remembered for the performances of Durgesh Kumar as Bhushan and Ashok Pathak as Binod.

Earlier it was believed that the 'Panchayat' web series would end with the third season, but it is not so. The events of this season show that the makers are going to continue this series further. The show remains entertaining and the makers deserve praise for this. However, this time there is a lack in the plot. The entire season is based on events. The charm of the characters remains and the biggest feature of the show is its simplicity which wins hearts once again.

Why watch- 'Panchayat' is one of those rare shows where the actor or rather his character becomes bigger than the story. Love simplicity and desi feel, if you want to watch something in the scorching heat that soothes the heart and mind like a cool breeze, then definitely watch 'Panchayat Season 3'.
