'Munjya' can cross 35 crores in the first week
On Monday, Sharvari Wagh, Abhay Verma and Mona Singh starrer 'Munjya' had an average audience occupancy of 17.05%. The slight decrease in earnings on Monday as compared to Friday is due to the decline in circuits like Mumbai and CP Brar. Whereas in the rest of the mass circuits of the country, the film has done business in the same range. At the pace at which this film is earning, it will easily reach close to 35 crores in its first week. That means, in this way 'Munjya' will surpass the earnings of 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' so far in the first week itself.
'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' suffers huge loss
On the other hand, 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' has suffered a huge loss on the 11th day. This sports drama film has earned only 90 lakh rupees on its second Monday. The total collection of this film directed by Sharan Sharma has now become 30.80 crores. The budget of 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi' is 40 crores. This means that this film still has a long way to go to become a hit, which looks a bit difficult in the future.
'Munjya' can go ahead of 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke'
The road ahead may be a little difficult for both 'Munjya' and 'Mr. and Mrs' at the box office. This is because on one hand the heat is increasing across the country, on the other hand Kartik Aryan's 'Chandu Champion' is also about to release. But the truth is that the way 'Munjya' has attracted the audience, its earnings will continue in the future as well. Especially in North India, the collection of 'Munjya' is quite good. In such a situation, it will not be a surprise if it surpasses the lifetime earnings of last year's spoiler superhit 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' of 88.35 crores.
