During his tenure, Amol Kale successfully hosted the World Cup 2023 matches at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium, including the semi-final played between India and New Zealand.
The Mumbai cricket team under the chairmanship of Amol Kale managed to win the Ranji Trophy tournament 2023-24. Kale is a big name in the Mumbai cricket circuit. He was also in the core committee of the Street Premier League and had plans to revive the Mumbai T20 League.
