Today, the name of actor Manoj Bajpayee is taken with great respect among the artists who have enriched the Hindi film industry. Manoj Bajpayee, who played memorable characters in films like 'Satya', 'Gangs of Wasseypur', 'Shool', 'Ek Banda Kaafi Hai', is soon coming with his 100th film 'Bhaiya Ji'. But there was a time when the country's famous acting school, National School of Drama, had almost broken Manoj's dream of becoming an actor. Actually, NSD had rejected Manoj in the audition not once or twice but four times, due to which he was quite disappointed. However, NSD later realized their mistake and changed the way they conducted their auditions. Regarding this incident, Manoj Bajpayee says, 'When I was rejected for the first time, it was a very heart-breaking incident. But after that I continued working. After each rejection, my resolve became stronger that I had to work harder so that I could get selected next time and in the process, I learned so much that by the time I got rejected for the fourth time, my name was already happened. Delhi Theatre. happened.'

'NSD people love me very much'

Did NSD ever regret its mistake? When asked this, Manoj Bajpayee says, 'NSD people love me a lot. He always says he doesn't know how it happened? Even they don't understand how this happened? In fact, the way these interviews and auditions are conducted, it is a shot in the dark because it is very difficult to get someone to act ten lines and judge what kind of actor he is. But the good thing is that after my incident they changed the whole system. Now they regularly conduct workshops for five-seven days, then make selections after thorough investigation.
