Lucknow University Direct Admission 2024: Admissions will be taken on BTech, BPharma and MCA seats before Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling (UPTAC) 2024. If seats remain vacant, LU will take admission at its own level. Candidates can download the application form for seat admission from the LU website. After filling the application form, a draft of Rs 500 will have to be made in the name of the Finance Controller of the University. After this, the application will have to be submitted in the office of the Dean of Engineering and Technical Faculty by July 25.
Required items for application:
LU spokesperson Durgesh Srivastava said that applications for the vacant seats will be accepted till July 25. After this, the merit list will be released by the university. Admissions will be done according to which. B.Tech is being offered in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering AI stream in LU.
For admission in B.Tech, it is necessary to pass 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Maths from any recognized board. For admission in MCA, general category candidates should have a degree in BCA or BSc Computer Science or BSc IT with at least 55% marks. For admission in B.Pharma, one must pass 12th examination from Science group.

- High school and intermediate mark sheet and certificate.
- Mark sheet and certificate of BCA or B.Sc for MCA.
- Mark sheet and certificate of Diploma in Engineering for lateral entry.
- Caste certificate issued after 1st April 2024 for reservation.
What is the benefit of direct entry?
LU will benefit greatly from direct admission to vacant seats of BTech, BPharma and MCA in Lucknow University. Vacant seats can be filled. Not only this, this will also increase the income of LU. Apart from this, candidates with low ranks will also benefit. They too will not have to wander here and there after getting admission in LU. However, for direct admission in BTech, BPharma and MCA, candidates will have to pass any one of JEE 2024, CUET UG or PG. Without this, candidates will not be able to apply.
