Kiran Rao directed 'Missing Ladies' has surpassed Ranbir Kapoor's film 'Animal' in terms of viewership on Netflix within just a month of its release on OTT. It started streaming on Netflix in April 2024, and has received 13.8 million views. At the same time, Sandeep Reddy Vanga's movie was released on the same platform in January. The news of 'Missing Ladies' performing better than 'Animal' spread rapidly among the audience and on social platforms. Both came to theaters and did good collections.
