Registration of 26 lakh devotees
According to reports, more than 26 lakh devotees have registered for the Char Dham Yatra this year. But looking at the situation, it seems that everything is not going according to plan. There are reports that there is a huge jam on the Gangotri-Yamunotri highway. After several hours of delay, the frustrated devotees also protested. Due to poor traffic management, this jam has become a big problem for the devotees.
Jam in Yamunotri too
Due to heavy traffic jam at Yamunotri Dham, many devotees could not have darshan and had to return. Angry devotees have blamed the administration's negligence for this chaos. Initially, the situation worsened when the doors of the temple were closed after the puja, due to which thousands of devotees returned without darshan and their journey remained incomplete. However, these troubles did not end here. The road construction work going on on the way has also become a cause of trouble for the people traveling. According to reports, devotees were stranded for hours at some places and they could neither get any correct information nor any basic facilities.
Devotees are coming from these places
As we all know that the doors of Kedarnath Dham were opened on 10th May. Since then, more than 1.83 lakh devotees from India and abroad have come to visit Baba. A huge crowd of devotees has been seen on the Kedarnath Yatra route, especially in Byangdatti, Phata and Jammu, due to which a lot of traffic jams are also being seen on these routes. Apart from the Char Dham Yatra, tourists are reaching Uttarakhand to celebrate their holidays this summer. It has become a center of attraction especially for tourists from North India.
Heavy traffic jam in Mussoorie, Nainital
If you are planning to visit Nainital, Bhimtal, Mussoorie or Dehradun? Then listen to this news carefully. The condition of roads is very bad in these places. According to reports, tourists are facing a lot of problems due to hours of traffic jam. The situation in Bhimtal, Ranibagh, Bhawali and Kaichi Dham is such that a small jam has turned into a big traffic jam due to vehicles parked on the road. On top of that, the local police is also not showing any interest in removing the vehicles. Due to this, many tourists have missed their trains.
can go to himachal
If you want to travel in summer, Himachal Pradesh can be a great option for you instead of Uttarakhand! Although places like Shimla, Manali and Dharamshala can be quite crowded during the summer season, offbeat places like Kalpa, Chitkul, Lahaul and Spiti and even Ladakh are good options to visit.
