Strong storm warning in many districts of Rajasthan

According to this, the effect of the new weather system will continue in the form of thunder, lightning and light rain in Bikaner, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Ajmer, Bharatpur, some parts of Kota divisions on June 8-9. At the same time, there is a possibility of thunder and rain in some parts of Kota, Udaipur division from June 10.

Heavy rains likely in Goa till June 11

The department said that on June 8, winds are likely to blow at a speed of 35 to 45 kmph and gusts up to 55 kmph on the coast of North Maharashtra. At the same time, between June 9 and 11, winds can blow at a speed of 45 to 55 kmph and gusts up to 65 kmph on the Maharashtra-Goa coast. The Meteorological Department has advised fishermen not to venture into the sea on the coast of North Maharashtra during this period.

Monsoon reaches Maharashtra, will reach Mumbai in 3-4 days

On Thursday, the monsoon reached the southern parts of Maharashtra on time. So far, Kolhapur, Satara and Sangli have received rain. Medha Khole of Pune IMD said that the monsoon may reach Mumbai and Pune in the next 3-4 days.
