Master Dinanath Mangeshkar Memorial Award Ceremony, known as the Honor Award Ceremony of Maharashtra, was announced. The award ceremony was announced in the presence of Pandit Hridaynath Mangeshkar, veteran singer Usha Mangeshkar and Adinath Mangeshkar.

This award ceremony will be organized on April 24 on the occasion of the 82nd death anniversary of Dinanath Mangeshkar. This function will be organized at Deenanath Theatre. In this ceremony, stalwarts in the fields of music, drama, art, medicine, journalism and social work including Amitabh Bachchan will be honored.
Ashok Saraf, Atul Parchure and Padmini Kolhapure will also be honoured.
The Foundation decided to honor several others with the Master Deenanath Mangeshkar Award: music director AR Rahman and veteran Marathi actor Ashok Saraf for music; Padmini Kolhapure for films; Singer Roopkumar Rathod for Indian music; actor Atul Parchure for Marathi theatre; and retired teacher and writer Manjiri Phadke for literature. Additionally, actor, producer and director Randeep Hooda received a special award for his contribution to cinema.
