The Crime Branch of the Central Police has started keeping an eye on drug smugglers in the area.
According to the information received from the police, during the investigation, the Crime Investigation Department team has arrested Akash Panjwani, Rohit Gupta, Sameer Khatri and Somnath Sonawane. Similarly, 6 kg of ganja worth Rs 3 lakh 90 thousand and 10 grams of MD were recovered from them. Drugs have been seized.
Drugs worth Rs 8 crore 81 lakh seized at Nagpur airport, one arrested
A similar incident was reported in Nagpur in the same month. Customs officials seized 2 kg 937 grams of narcotic substance worth approximately Rs 8 crore 81 lakh from the international airport. Besides, one person has also been arrested in this case.
