New Delhi: Amit Malviya, head of BJP's IT cell and co-in-charge of the party's state unit in West Bengal, has filed a defamation suit of Rs 10 crore against RSS's Shantanu Sinha. Actually, a few days ago, RSS member Shantanu Sinha had accused Amit Malviya of sexually exploiting women. After which Amit Malviya has now taken strict action on this. Amit Malviya's legal team sent a notice and wrote – The nature of false allegations of alleged sexual misconduct is extremely objectionable. Which are hurting the dignity and reputation of my client. Since he is a professional and public figure, respond to these allegations within three days. Let us tell you that the three-day notice period is ending on June 11.

Congress also targeted Malviya

Let us tell you that after the allegations of sexual harassment on BJP IT cell chief and West Bengal co-incharge Amit Malviya, Congress leader Supriya Shrinet has attacked BJP. Congress leader Supriya Shrinet said in a press conference that it has not been even 24 hours since Narendra Modi's government was formed, but BJP leaders have shamed the country with their black deeds and these allegations are not being made by us, but by BJP leaders themselves.

He said that the BJP leader himself has accused IT cell in-charge Amit Malviya of sexual harassment. Shantanu Sinha is a leader of the Sangh Parivar, who is the brother of Bengal official Rahul Sinha and a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. Apart from this, he is the head of the Hindu Sangh. He alleges that Amit Malviya sexually harasses women in Bengal. Not only this, all this is not happening only in five-star hotels, but also in BJP offices.
