What did Prime Minister Modi write in the visitor book?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote in the visitor's book, 'I am feeling a supernatural and wonderful energy after coming to Vivekananda Rock Memorial located in Kanyakumari, a remote corner of India. Mother Parvati and Swami Vivekananda had performed penance on this rock. Later Eknath Ranade ji brought Swami Vivekananda's thoughts alive in the form of this rock memorial.'

PM further wrote, 'Vivekananda ji, the pioneer of spiritual renaissance, has been the source of my ideals, my energy and my sadhana. Years ago, after touring the whole country, when Swami Vivekananda ji came to this place and did penance, it was here that he got a new direction for the revival of India. It is my good fortune that today after so many years, when the India of Swami ji's dreams is taking shape by following his values and ideals, I have also got the opportunity to do sadhana at this holy place.'

He further wrote, 'This sadhana of mine on this rock memorial is one of the unforgettable moments of my life. Today, sitting at the feet of Mother India, I once again reiterate my resolve that every moment of my life, every particle of my body will always be dedicated to the service of the nation. With the wish for the progress of the nation and the welfare of the countrymen, I bow down to Mother India.'
