Seeing this man in this form, Justice BV Nagarathna got angry and ordered him to leave immediately. According to the information, the hearing was going on in Court No. 11 of the Supreme Court. During the hearing, people associated with both the parties were connected through video conferencing. During this, a person joined the proceedings wearing a vest. When the judges saw this, they got angry. Justice BV Nagarathna asked who has joined wearing a vest? Justice Dipankar Sharma asked whether this person is associated with any party or someone else?

Justice Nagarathna then ordered the court master to take the man out. He said, 'Take him out, remove him. How can this be done? Please remove him.'

…when the lawyer appeared without any conditions
It is worth noting that this is not the first such case in the Supreme Court. Earlier in the year 2020 also, a lawyer had attended the hearing through video conferencing without a shirt. The judge was enraged at this act of the lawyer. Justice L Nageshwar and Justice Hemant Gupta were hearing that case. The judge said what kind of behavior is this?
