In all types of nerve damage, different parts of the body are affected. High sugar level usually causes nerve damage in parts like hands, feet, eyes, heart, stomach, bladder and private parts.

There are many symptoms of Diabetic Neuropathy, by identifying which Diabetic Neuropathy can be detected in the beginning itself. Numbness of hands and feet, prickling sensation in hands and feet, foot ulcer, joint pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, problem in private parts, severe pain in hip, pain behind the eyes, blurred vision etc. If symptoms appear, take precautions. However, it is even more important that you monitor your blood sugar daily. If you notice that your sugar level is uncontrolled, then consult a doctor. Do not be careless in any way regarding this, otherwise the problem may increase. Once nerve damage occurs, it is not possible to reverse it. Therefore, be extremely careful regarding this.

Now the question arises that how to control blood sugar? According to health experts, to control diabetes, one should take proper diet and do regular physical activity. Apart from this, diabetic patients should control their weight and also keep their BP under control. Such patients should completely avoid alcohol and smoking. Apart from this, medicines given by the doctor should be taken on time. You should monitor your blood sugar daily and drink plenty of water. Sugar level can be controlled by following all these things.
