On Monday, heavily armed terrorists ambushed a patrol party in Badnota area of ​​Kathua, in which five soldiers were martyred and many were injured. There were ten soldiers in the army truck, who were attacked with grenades and firing on Monday afternoon. After the attack, the terrorists fled into the forest. Search operation is on to catch them.

Terrorist organization Kashmir Tigers has claimed responsibility for the attack. This was the second attack on the army within two days. Terrorist activities have increased in Jammu and Kashmir in the last few weeks. Terrorists used high-tech weapons to cause more damage. Sources also say that the terrorists probably did a recce of the area and then targeted the army vehicle in a planned manner.
