The order issued by the Ministry of Personnel said that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Deputy NSA Vikram Misri to the post of Foreign Secretary in the National Security Council Secretariat. Along with this, approval was also given to reduce the tenure of Vikram Misri as Deputy NSA.
