According to the officials of the Water Board, the wall of Munak canal broke near Hanuman temple in Iradat Nagar, Bawana after 12 o'clock on Wednesday night. The wall of the canal broke by about 20-22 feet, due to which the canal water flowed towards the JJ cluster. Water goes to Haiderpur, Dwarka, Nangloi and Bawana water treatment plant through this canal. The Water Board has said that water supply will remain closed in many areas for the next two to three days.
