The idol of the lord is in the middle but on the right side
It is said that the idol of Lord Venkateshwara Swamy has real hair. This hair never gets tangled and always remains soft. It is believed that Lord Vishnu himself is present here. Ghee and oil are not poured into the lamp in the temple
On Thursdays, Lord Venkateswara is smeared with sandalwood paste. Interestingly, when the sandalwood paste is removed, the figure of Goddess Lakshmi appears in the heart of Lord Venkateswara. A lamp is always kept burning in the temple and surprisingly, this lamp is never poured with oil or ghee.
