Apart from the Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, the Principal Secretary (Home) of the Delhi Government, Special Commissioner of Police of Delhi Police and Fire Advisor will be members of the committee and a Joint Secretary in the Home Ministry will be its convener.
