No one other than Sanjay is present in the polygraph test
According to sources, the polygraph test conducted on RG Kar's former principal Sandip Ghose and five others has also not given the CBI any clues about the role of any other person. According to a CNN-News18 report, the purpose of Roy's polygraph test was to find out if there was any other person with him in the seminar hall of RG Kar's Chest Department on the night of the crime.

On August 9, at 4.03 am, Roy was caught on CCTV cameras getting into the RG car alone. An official involved in the investigation said that polygraph test answers are usually yes or no. Experts analyse body parameters to find out if a person is lying. The forensic team asked Roy if anyone else was colluding with him. The answers were negative. However, officials said that polygraph cannot be accepted as evidence. The decision to test Roy was taken to look for any possible clues that he may not have given to the police or the CBI during repeated interrogation.

'The accused had requested sex before the crime'

Officials said that interrogation of civic volunteer Saurabh Bhattacharya and evidence revealed that Roy had requested sex before the crime. In his statement to the CBI, Bhattacharya has reportedly said that Roy had accompanied him to two red light areas, namely Sonagachi and Chetla, on August 8. He had also allegedly requested two women for sex.
