Instructions given to remove the post within 24 hours
The High Court said that the social media post will be removed by the moderators within 24 hours and if the plaintiff comes to know about any other similar post, she will inform 'X' and 'Google' about it. The High Court also issued notice to 'X', 'Google', Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and unknown parties in this case and asked them to respond within four weeks.
