The robbers were hiding inside this tree
There are many stories about this tree which is more than 400 years old. One of these stories states that during the Qutb Shahi period, a group of 40 robbers used to hide inside trees during the day and commit crimes like robbery at night.
After some time, people came to know that some people lived inside this tree, after which the rulers of that time came to know about this and ordered to send a squad of soldiers to catch these robbers.
Strict arrangements made to protect trees
According to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Baobab species of trees are very rare in India. In such a situation, it is a famous place in Hyderabad. Therefore no tourist is allowed to go near the tree. Keeping in mind the safety of the tree, ASI officials have installed a strong iron grill around it.
Along with this, plucking the leaves and stem of this tree is strictly prohibited. It is also said that if the bark of this tree is used in making medicines then it will be very beneficial.

One of the best places to visit in Hyderabad is the Hattian Bush Baobab Trees. Thousands of people come here every day to see. Let us tell you, no tourist has to pay for the ticket to see this tree. This place is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is said that the months of January, February, March, April are best to visit here.

The distance from here is 3 km. If you are coming by road, you can also take an auto or rickshaw to reach New Fort, Golconda Fort, which will easily reach you here. After which you can come to see this tree without taking a ticket.
